By accessing or using Digital DoFO ("DoFO," "the Service," "we," "us," or "our") at digitaldofo.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Digital DoFO LLC. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
DoFO is a web-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for football coaching staffs. The Service provides tools for managing playbooks, call sheets, wristbands, practice plans, practice scripts, depth charts, game plans, and related coaching workflow tools.
The Service is accessed through a web browser. There is currently no native mobile application.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
You may create an account using Google Sign-In or email and password authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
DoFO operates on a shared school account model. One subscription covers an entire coaching staff. The account administrator (typically the head coach) manages staff access and permissions. Each staff member signs in with their own credentials but shares the school's data workspace.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed to keep it accurate and complete.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to the Service. A valid payment method is required at signup. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
The current subscription price is $99.99 per year. This covers the entire coaching staff for one school account. Pricing is subject to change with advance notice to existing subscribers.
Subscriptions are billed annually and renew automatically on each anniversary of the original subscription date. All payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring subscription fees until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer billing portal accessible within your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service through the remainder of your paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Refund requests may be submitted to admin@digitaldofo.com. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge according to Stripe's standard retry schedule. If payment cannot be collected, your access to the Service may be suspended or terminated.
"User Content" means all data, playbooks, practice plans, call sheets, rosters, depth charts, formations, game plans, and any other content you create, upload, or store using the Service.
You retain full ownership of your User Content. DoFO does not claim ownership of any content you create or store on the platform.
By using the Service, you grant DoFO a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, reproduce, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete your content or your account is closed, subject to the data retention period described in Section 10.
User Content within a school account is shared among all authorized staff members. The account administrator controls who has access. DoFO is not responsible for actions taken by authorized users within a shared school account.

The Service, including its code, design, interface, branding, documentation, and all related materials, is the property of Digital DoFO LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use DoFO's trademarks, logos, or branding.
If you provide suggestions, feature requests, or other feedback about the Service, we may use that feedback without obligation to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
DoFO does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free access to the Service. We do not offer a formal service level agreement (SLA). The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
While we take reasonable steps to maintain the integrity of your data, we do not warrant that User Content will be free from loss, corruption, or unauthorized access. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DIGITAL DOFO LLC AND ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DOFO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may cancel your subscription and stop using the Service at any time. To cancel, use the Stripe customer billing portal or contact admin@digitaldofo.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service or other users.
Upon termination or cancellation, your right to access the Service ends at the conclusion of your current paid period (or immediately, if terminated for cause). Your User Content will remain available for export for 30 days following the end of your access. After that 30-day period, your data may be permanently deleted. We are not obligated to retain your data beyond this period.
Sections 5.2 (Ownership), 7 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimers), 9 (Limitation of Liability), and 11 (Governing Law) survive termination of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE], and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice within the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
We will maintain a record of the effective date at the top of this page.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Digital DoFO LLC regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
